The Certified Restaurant Supervisor (CRS) position at Red Lobster is a critical leadership role aimed at supporting the restaurant management team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and service
  • willingness to undergo formal training program
