Job Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • leadership experience or potential
  • customer service orientation
  • capability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • supporting the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • filling important team member roles on the hourly schedule
  • providing direction and assistance to team members to ensure world class seafood is prepared perfectly and served hot and fast
  • ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
  • managing team morale and motivating staff
  • coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house operations for seamless service
  • participating in training and development activities for team members
