The role of Certified Patient Care Assistant (CNA) at Banner Estrella's Progressive Care Unit (3A) presents a unique and rewarding opportunity for healthcare professionals passionate about providing compassionate and quality patient care. This full-time night shift role involves caring for patients with complex medical needs, including cardiac, pulmonary, renal, post-surgical, and post-procedural patients. The job requires a CNA or LNA license and/or direct patient care experience. You will provide routine patient care activities aimed at promoting patient comfort and supporting the overall care plan.
