Job Description
StoneBridge Senior Living, located in Conway, AR, is a renowned healthcare provider specializing in senior care services including rehabilitation, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. With a legacy of over 50 years dedicated to nurturing and supporting the elderly, StoneBridge prides itself on its compassionate approach and familial atmosphere. The company believes in creating an environment where both residents and employees thrive together. As a community-focused establishment, StoneBridge emphasizes personalized care tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. Their dedicated team of professionals are encouraged to grow, develop skills, and work collaboratively, fostering a workplace culture centered on empathy, respect, and mutual support.
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Transporter positions at StoneBridge Senior Living are critical roles designed to enhance the quality of life for the residents. The CNA supports medical staff by assisting with daily living activities such as lifting, turning, feeding, and monitoring residents’ conditions with careful attention and empathy. This role demands patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to care for the elderly gently. CNAs play a vital role in ensuring that residents’ nutritional needs are met, skin conditions are monitored, and all care activities are meticulously documented. As a CNA at StoneBridge, you will be part of a family committed to providing excellent care through teamwork and continuous personal development.
The Transporter position is equally essential, focused on safely transporting residents to various destinations within or outside the facility. This includes careful handling of residents, operating lifts and wheelchairs, and maintaining transportation vehicles to ensure safety and comfort. Effective communication and independence are key attributes for this role, as transporters coordinate with nursing staff and residents’ families to meet logistics needs smoothly. Both roles come with competitive benefits including paid time off, health insurance options, 401(k), flexible scheduling, and tuition reimbursement, emphasizing StoneBridge’s commitment to employee welfare beyond working hours. Together, these roles form the backbone of StoneBridge’s mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a respectful and supportive environment.
