This full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) role is based in the Chester and Montgomery County regions of Pennsylvania and is integral to Ennoble Care's hospice program. The successful candidate will provide direct care to a small caseload of 5 to 6 patients, assisting with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, skin care, positioning, mobility, and meal assistance. The role supports patients in maintaining comfort and dignity in their homes while working closely with nurses to monitor and report any changes in patient condition. This position offers a starting pay rate of $19.75 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Meets training requirements of the State
- Received a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training with at least 16 hours devoted to supervised practical training and with at least 16 hours of classroom instruction completed
- Must have one year experience as a CNA, hospice aide or home health aide
- Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order and current auto insurance
- Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Care for census of 5-6 patients
- Provides or assists in ADL activities including personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails
- Provides assistance in toileting, positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient
- Assists with prescribed exercise and ROM activities taught by the Hospice Nurse
- Assists with light housekeeping of individual's personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen and patient’s laundry
- Feeds and assists with meals
- Reports any changes in patient’s condition to the Nurse
