Job Description

Concierge Care is a premier provider of essential personal home care referral services and in-home care services located in Florida. With a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors, Concierge Care has established itself as a trusted name in the senior care community. The company specializes in delivering superior care services that allow aging adults to maintain their independence and remain comfortably in their own homes. Known for its compassionate, client-centered approach, Concierge Care prioritizes personalized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. The company also holds a significant standing within the home care industry by meeting strict regulatory requirements, including the AHCA/FL Clearinghouse Background Screening, ensuring both client and caregiver safety and trust.

The role available at Concierge Care is for in-home Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Home Health Aides (HHAs) who provide direct, personal care to seniors living throughout the Florida community. As a caregiver with Concierge Care, you will be offering companionship and essential non-medical support services to elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes. The position is designed to be flexible, allowing caregivers to create their own schedules with a variety of shifts available, including day, evening, and 24-hour live-in positions. This flexibility makes it an attractive option for those seeking a work-life balance that accommodates their personal lifestyle. Compensation for this role ranges from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, which varies based on the complexity of the case, location, level of care, and specific client needs.

Caregivers at Concierge Care are entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that go beyond typical assistance. They help seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring safely within the home. Additionally, they provide medication reminders to help clients maintain their health regimen effectively. The role also involves light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and providing transportation to appointments and errands, all of which contribute significantly to improving the client's quality of life and independence. Concierge Care is committed to swift hiring processes, typically responding to applications within a few hours and assisting with onboarding so that new caregivers can start within the same week.

Concierge Care emphasizes the importance of reliability, self-direction, and experience, particularly with clients experiencing Alzheimer’s or dementia. The company fosters a supportive work environment highlighted by five-star employer reviews on platforms such as Indeed, Google, and Yelp, reflecting its dedication to employee satisfaction and client care. The company's website, conciergecarefl.com, provides prospective candidates with detailed information about the application process and employment benefits. The organization is also a proud equal opportunity employer, adhering to non-discriminatory hiring practices that respect all protected classes under federal, state, and local laws. If you have a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and desire an empowered, flexible working environment, the caregiver role at Concierge Care offers a rewarding and dynamic opportunity.
