Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- reliable transportation to work required
- valid driver’s license preferred
- self-directed with the ability to work independently
- willingness to complete Florida AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
Job Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent experience
- experience in senior care or home health assistance preferred
- ability to work independently
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes
- assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- provide medication reminders
- complete light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- perform grocery shopping
- provide transportation to errands and medical appointments
