Job Description
Concierge Care is a leading provider of in-home care services dedicated to supporting seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes. Known for its compassionate and personalized approach, Concierge Care offers flexible caregiving solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. The company prides itself on delivering high-quality care by connecting clients with skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) who provide not only essential medical support but also companionship and emotional assistance. With a stellar reputation backed by 5-star reviews on Indeed, Google, and Yelp, Concierge Care emphasizes both professionalism and empathy in caregiving.
This role is specifically designed for CNA Certified Nursing Assistants or HHA Home Health Aides who seek rewarding, flexible work opportunities serving senior clients within their local communities. The position offers hourly compensation ranging from $17.00 to $21.00, as well as live-in rates from $170 to $215 per day, with pay rates dependent on factors such as location, level of care, and client needs. As a contractor, caregivers enjoy the freedom to create their own schedules, making it an ideal role for those seeking weekday, evening, or 24-hour live-in shifts that blend with their lifestyles.
The primary responsibilities include providing compassionate companionship alongside non-medical support to seniors in their homes. Caregivers assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, helping clients preserve dignity and independence. Another key duty involves offering medication reminders to ensure adherence to prescribed routines, which plays a vital role in promoting health and wellbeing.
In addition to personal care, caregivers engage in light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for their clients. They are also responsible for grocery shopping and providing transportation services to errands and medical appointments, which greatly enhances clients' access to essential resources and services.
Starting immediately, Concierge Care facilitates a prompt onboarding process, emphasizing swift response times and efficient setup, often within a single week. This rapid integration is complemented by competitive compensation and benefits including weekly wage payments and flexible scheduling options. The company fosters a supportive work culture that values independence and self-direction, allowing caregivers to thrive both professionally and personally. Those with experience or interest in Alzheimer's or dementia care find additional value and fulfillment in this role.
By joining Concierge Care, CNAs and HHAs contribute meaningfully to their communities while enjoying competitive pay, schedule flexibility, and the support of a reputable employer dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional in-home care and looking for a flexible, client-centered contract role.
