Job Description

Concierge Care is a dedicated home healthcare company operating in Northeast Florida, specializing in providing compassionate and professional in-home care services. With a focus on improving the quality of life for clients across various communities, Concierge Care offers employment opportunities primarily for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs). The organization is committed to staffing multiple client openings and delivering dependable caregiving services throughout the region. Concierge Care prides itself on a supportive work environment, flexible scheduling, and consistent client opportunities that cater to caregivers seeking both part-time and full-time hours.

Serving a wide range of communities including Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Hilliard, Keystone Heights, Orange Park, Middleburg, Macclenny, Palm Coast, St. Augustine, Palatka, and surrounding areas, Concierge Care provides caregivers with diverse assignments. These include morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts, as well as extended-hour and 24-hour care team assignments. The company also offers ongoing PRN (pro re nata) schedules and opportunities catering to clients requiring up to 40 hours of care per week. This flexibility allows caregivers to build consistent schedules that align with their availability and preferences.

The employment offered is W-2, ensuring weekly pay ranging between $18 and $22 per hour. Concierge Care emphasizes a streamlined onboarding process and offers a balance of long-term PRN assignments that promote stability and growth within the caregiving profession. Working with Concierge Care means caregivers can expect no personal liability insurance requirements, along with the support of a dedicated office and onboarding team. Additionally, the company is compliant with all regulatory requirements, including the AHCA Level 2 background screening mandated by Florida law.

This role is ideal for caregivers who hold an active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by an approved Florida-licensed training school. Candidates must demonstrate reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance, current CPR certification, and a recent health statement confirming freedom from communicable diseases. The company also requires completed continuing education units (CEUs), including training in Alzheimer’s care, HIV/AIDS, and assistance with self-administered medication, as well as dementia training through Elder Affairs.

At Concierge Care, equal opportunity and compliance are central to the hiring process. The company maintains a discrimination-free work environment, welcoming applications from all backgrounds without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, genetic information, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or other legally protected statuses. By joining Concierge Care, caregivers engage in a meaningful profession dedicated to enhancing client well-being in the comfort of their own homes, supported by a responsive and compassionate employer.
