Job Requirements
- Massage therapy license or certificate in the state(s) you wish to practice
- current professional liability insurance with a minimum of $1m per occurrence and $3m aggregate coverage
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number required for medical appointments
- completion of SOAP notes for medical appointments, as well as additional documentation as needed, such as treatment extension requests
- smartphone required
- must be lockable via password or biometric identification such as a thumbprint
- excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- ability to speak, understand, and write English fluently
Job Qualifications
- Valid massage therapy license or certificate for practicing state
- current professional liability insurance with minimum $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate coverage
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number for medical appointments
- proficiency in completing clinical SOAP notes
- excellent organizational skills
- strong time management
- effective communication skills
- fluency in English
Job Duties
- Provide in-home or in-office massage therapy to Veterans
- develop treatment plans tailored to individual Veteran needs
- complete clinical SOAP notes and documentation for each medical appointment
- manage bookings and appointments using Zeel’s mobile platform
- communicate securely with patients and Zeel staff
- deliver treatments at approved locations
- participate in ongoing compliance with VA Community Care Network protocols
