Job Requirements
- Massage therapy license or certificate in the state(s) you wish to practice
- Current professional liability insurance with a minimum of $1M per occurrence and $3M aggregate coverage
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number required for medical appointments
- Completion of SOAP notes for medical appointments and related documentation
- Smartphone required with lockable password or biometric ID
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to speak, understand, and write English fluently
Job Qualifications
- Valid massage therapy license or certificate in the practicing state
- Experience providing massage therapy to diverse client populations
- Ability to complete detailed clinical documentation such as SOAP notes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications
- Ability to speak, understand, and write English fluently
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number for medical appointments
Job Duties
- Provide in-home or in-office massage therapy services to veterans and general public
- Collaborate with veterans to develop personalized treatment plans
- Complete clinical documentation including SOAP notes for medical appointments
- Manage appointment scheduling and communication via Zeel's mobile app
- Deliver all prescribed massages as per VA referrals
- Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards
- Participate in ongoing training and adhere to company protocols
