Job Description

Zeel is a pioneering provider in the on-location healthcare services industry, specializing in musculoskeletal pain therapy, diagnostic testing, vaccinations, and wellness. Founded as the first app-based in-home massage booking platform, Zeel has revolutionized how massage therapy and healthcare services are delivered by connecting licensed therapists directly with clients in the comfort of their own homes, offices, healthcare facilities, and spas. With over 2 million appointments successfully delivered, Zeel continues to set a high standard for convenience, quality, and accessibility in healthcare. As a proud member of the Veteran Health Administration's Community Care Network and a military-friendly employer, Zeel is committed to providing exceptional care to Veterans who have access to VA healthcare coverage. This affiliation allows Zeel to offer in-network massage therapy services to this deserving population, creating a unique and impactful niche in healthcare delivery.

This role is ideal for licensed massage therapists seeking flexible, part-time, or contract work that enables them to provide crucial therapeutic services primarily to Veterans. Therapists using the Zeel platform have the unique opportunity to earn competitive wages with many currently earning $1,500 or more weekly by fulfilling appointment schedules. Additionally, Zeel provides access to a broader wellness massage platform offering services not only to Veterans but also to individual and corporate clients in various locations including homes, workplaces, hotels, and spas. Therapists enjoy the freedom to set their own schedules and preferences, empowering them to maintain work-life balance while sustaining a rewarding income.

The role involves utilizing Zeel's industry-leading technology to handle all aspects of appointment management directly from a mobile device. Therapists receive appointment requests, manage bookings, document clinical treatments through SOAP notes for medical appointments, and communicate securely, all within the easy-to-use Zeel app. This streamlined process removes administrative burdens and allows therapists to focus exclusively on client care. When working with Veterans, therapists coordinate treatment plans directly with the individuals and oversee the full course of prescribed massage therapy sessions, typically involving multiple sessions over several months to ensure thorough care. Zeel takes care of all billing and claims processing, further reducing the administrative overhead for providers.

Candidates for this position must hold a valid massage therapy license or certificate for the state where they practice and carry professional liability insurance with specified coverage. Those providing medical massages to Veterans are required to have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and must complete accurate clinical documentation. Strong communication, organizational skills, and fluency in English are essential, along with proficiency in using a smartphone secured via password or biometric methods.

This position pays $90.00 per hour for in-home treatments, with a slight pay reduction of 15% for in-office appointments that are exclusively available for medical sessions. Working with Zeel presents a rare and gratifying opportunity to impact the health and wellness of Veterans profoundly, while also providing avenues for general wellness services and the flexibility that today's healthcare professionals seek. Zeel’s commitment to safety, competitive compensation, and professional autonomy makes it a leading choice for massage therapists eager to broaden their therapeutic reach and work on terms that suit their lifestyle.
