Job Requirements
- Current NJ Home Health Aide license
- 1 current PPD test (Single Step PPD) or chest X-ray
- Preferred to have, but not required: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (Single dose for J&J or 2 doses for Pfizer/Moderna) with booster (if within required time frame)
Job Qualifications
- Proven working experience as home health aide preferred
- Usage of a smartphone for case info and clocking in and out
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Caring and compassionate personality
Job Duties
- Provide health care services in patients residences
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Assist with clients personal care activities
- Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
