Job Requirements

Current NJ Home Health Aide License
1 Current PPD test (Single Step PPD) or chest x-ray
Preferred to have, but not required: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (Single Dose for J&J or 2 Doses for Pfizer/Moderna) with booster (If within required time frame)
Usage of a smartphone for case info and clocking in and out (Accommodations available by approval)
