In this position, Home Health Aides will perform a range of duties including personal care activities, domestic and household tasks, support with physical therapies and exercises, and providing basic companionship and emotional support. Towne Home Care provides its staff with tools such as smartphone applications to manage case information and clocking in/out, with accommodations available if approved. Additionally, the agency offers ongoing support with dedicated coordinators and nurses available 24/7 to assist caregivers whenever necessary.
