Duties also extend to providing companionship and emotional support to address the psychological and social needs of clients. The role demands a caring personality, familiarity with basic nutrition and hygiene standards, and the ability to use smartphone technology for case management and time tracking.
Towne Home Care also provides comprehensive support to its employees, including dedicated coordinators and nursing staff available around the clock to assist with any concerns or questions. This employment opportunity requires a current New Jersey Home Health Aide license and a current PPD test or chest X-ray. While proof of COVID-19 vaccination with a booster is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates must successfully complete all hiring steps, including application, orientation, examination, interview, background check, and document submission.
