Job Description

Concierge Care is a trusted home care provider serving Northeast Florida, specializing in delivering personalized, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. As more families in the region opt for in-home care to meet the evolving healthcare needs of their loved ones, Concierge Care is expanding its team to accommodate the growing demand for compassionate, qualified caregivers. The company primarily focuses on offering flexible and dependable care services through a network of certified professionals including Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs). Concierge Care operates with a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients while supporting caregivers with a friendly and responsive office culture. The organization's services are available across multiple communities such as Callahan, Hilliard, Yulee, multiple regions of Jacksonville (North, South, East, and West), Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, Orange Park, Middleburg, Macclenny, Keystone Heights, St. Augustine, Palm Coast, Palatka, and surrounding areas.

This position offers a dynamic role tailored for caregivers seeking flexible, PRN (pro re nata) work schedules with opportunities for consistent weekly hours. Employees can choose from a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, evening, weekday, weekend, and extended-hour assignments depending on client needs. The job operates on a W-2 employment basis, ensuring caregivers receive direct deposit payments on a weekly schedule. The hourly wage ranges from $18 to $22, with higher pay rates available on select assignments. In addition, eligible new hires receive a $100 sign-on bonus upon completion of required conditions.

The role requires Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides to provide personalized care in private residences, focusing on one-on-one attention to clients. Responsibilities include assistance with daily living activities, medication management under supervision, and providing companionship that fosters a supportive environment for clients. Concierge Care fosters a safe and professional atmosphere where personal liability insurance is not required from the caregiver. The company ensures caregivers have access to necessary ongoing training including dementia-specific education and continuing education units (CEUs) related to Alzheimer’s, HIV/AIDS, and medication assistance. An active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school is mandatory.

This opportunity at Concierge Care stands out for caregivers seeking a career that accommodates their personal schedules and offers professional growth in the home care field. The company values equal opportunity employment and maintains a non-discriminatory hiring process. It emphasizes a thorough background check for prospective employees to uphold client safety and regulatory standards. Overall, working with Concierge Care means joining a dedicated team committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of frail, elderly, or disabled individuals across Northeast Florida by providing reliable and compassionate home care services.
