Another important aspect of your role will be engaging with residents and their families to obtain accurate dietary histories and preferences, using resident satisfaction surveys to continually enhance dining services. You will participate in Resident Care Plan Conferences and assist with in-service training programs for dining staff to promote ongoing education and skill development. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment is also paramount to reflect our community's commitment to care and excellence.

The ideal candidate will hold a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential along with Food Safety and Sanitation (ServSafe) certifications and possess at least two years of experience in kitchen and dietary management within a healthcare setting, preferably senior living. A warm, people-centered leadership style combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills will be essential to thrive in this role.
