Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- completion of the Responsible Vendor training course and Certification Exam
- at least 2 years of alcohol service experience in a bar setting
- knowledge of state/local liquor laws and regulations
- strong guest service and communication skills
- ability to monitor and manage guest alcohol consumption responsibly
Job Duties
- understand and adhere to all company policies/procedures and state/federal liquor laws/regulations
- ensure all bar staff comply with company policies and liquor laws
- understand all items sold at the bar with ability to answer questions make recommendations and upsell
- monitor excessive alcohol consumption of guests
- maintain cleanliness organization safety and maintenance of the bar area
- prepare and serve drinks to guests while delivering excellent customer service
- assist in the day-to-day operation of the theatre bar area
