The Central Revenue Manager plays a vital role within Hyatt’s Central Hotel Services, Revenue team, working closely with property teams to optimize revenue generation across a diverse portfolio of hotels primarily located in the Americas and Latin America (LATAM). This role focuses on leveraging data analytics and revenue management strategies to identify and maximize potential income from transient and group travel segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily management of revenue systems, making strategic decisions that impact room rates, inventory controls, and online distribution channels. This position requires collaboration with sales teams to evaluate group business impacts and develop pricing strategies for a 12-month booking window, ensuring alignment with overall hotel goals. The Central Revenue Manager not only analyzes revenue potential but also communicates effectively with on-property teams to implement and adjust strategies based on market trends and performance insights.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience with multiple properties or multiple market experience
- Ability to work with and understand financial information and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be able to create documents, charts and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Experience with multiple properties or multiple market experience
- Ability to work with and understand financial information and data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum three years’ experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Experience with PRO, Reserve, RMT and other revenue systems preferred
Job Duties
- Review daily Revenue Management System recommendations for room accommodations and rate inventory controls
- Manage group inventory effectively
- Implement revenue strategies on third-party internet channels ensuring parity across all distribution channels
- Conduct group evaluation and displacement analysis to assess impact on hotel RevPAR and overall revenue
- Prepare weekly strategic reports for multiple hotels to support strategy meetings
- Develop monthly sell strategies for a 12-month booking window
- Collaborate with hotel strategy teams to ensure group strategies are aligned throughout the booking cycle
