Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and AED certification
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- frequent bending and reaching
- frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
- fine motor coordination and depth perception
- ability to monitor equipment from a distance
- willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification
- experience working in a healthcare or production environment preferred
- strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- ability to work effectively in a team setting
- physical ability to handle frequent bending, reaching, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee employee performance and scheduling
- lead inventory control efforts
- lead operational efforts within the production areas
- work with donors to resolve concerns
- analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events
- perform tasks in Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas
- foster teamwork and communicate to resolve conflicts
