Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs and occasionally up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination and depth perception
- Ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Willingness to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- One or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role helpful
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of one year experience in a customer or patient facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records as needed
- Report to center management team identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures
