They are currently seeking a Food Service Manager II to join their team. This role is pivotal in managing the daily meal preparation operations and ensuring strict adherence to federal food safety regulations. The Food Service Manager II will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food handling, kitchen inventory management, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. Moreover, they will step in to perform the daily functions of the Center Director in their absence, making this position essential for maintaining continuity of service. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (General Educational Development) and preferably prior experience in managing or working within a food service environment.
