- Current enrolled student in good academic standing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

- Interest in community service, civic engagement, or nonprofit work preferred
- Experience with event planning or student leadership roles preferred
- Prior participation in Bonner, AmeriCorps, or similar service-based leadership programs preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in planning and organizing orientation programs for the Bonner Leader Program and AmeriCorps VISTA members
- Help coordinate schedules, materials, and logistics for trainings, workshops, and onboarding sessions
- Prepare orientation packets, presentations, and communication materials
- Provide on-site support during orientation and training events
- Support staff in maintaining communication with community partners
- Assist with outreach to nonprofit and community organizations
- Help coordinate service opportunities, meetings, and partnership activities
- Maintain updated records of community partnerships and contacts
- Assist with data entry, tracking student participation, and maintaining program records
- Support event planning, including room reservations, catering requests, and setup
- Manage calendars, send reminders, and assist with general office coordination
- Help prepare reports, summaries, and program materials
- Serve as a peer resource for students involved in community engagement programs
- Assist with promoting events and opportunities through email and social media
- Help track service hours and engagement activities
