The Center Administrator (CA) at ArchWell Health plays a crucial leadership role responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of a single clinic center. This position requires the management of both clinical and administrative functions, ensuring that all teams work cohesively to deliver exceptional service quality and meet operational targets. The CA leads a multi-disciplinary team, overseeing workflows ranging from scheduling and billing to compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Central to this role is the responsibility for maintaining practice profitability and achieving key performance indicators such as member satisfaction, staff engagement, clinical quality, and revenue enhancement. Through strategic leadership, coaching, and operational oversight, the Center Administrator drives continuous improvement initiatives and fosters a positive, productive workplace culture.

In addition to supervising daily operations, the Center Administrator partners with senior leadership to monitor and enhance quality care benchmarks and customer service experiences. They champion compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and safety audits, while also managing resource allocation to support business growth and member needs. As a community ambassador, the CA builds and sustains relationships with healthcare partners and senior service organizations to advance ArchWell Health's mission and reputation. This full-time leadership role is vital to ensuring the clinic operates effectively, meeting the evolving needs of the senior community it serves, and exemplifying ArchWell Health's commitment to excellence in care and service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting
  • at least 3 years supervisory or management experience in medical or regulated environment
  • strong familiarity with ECW software preferred
  • passion for mentoring and developing teams
  • capability to identify and solve operational issues
  • proficient computer skills
  • fluency in Spanish or other community languages required where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline preferred
  • minimum of 5 years related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or hospitality setting
  • minimum of 3 years supervisory or managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or regulated environment
  • strong experience with ECW preferred
  • demonstrated passion for mentorship and team development across multiple functions
  • problem-solving skills with ability to identify process gaps and implement solutions
  • proficient PC skills
  • fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by the community preferred where necessary

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 10+ colleagues promoting accountability, collaboration, compassion, and service excellence
  • gather team and member information in partnership with the Market Operations Director to build a best-in-class customer service experience
  • ensure efficient scheduling, billing, and documentation processes while monitoring administrative staff use of systems
  • create a positive work environment to attract and retain staff, providers, and members
  • oversee all compliance including physician documentation, coding audits, safety regulations, and HIPAA guidelines
  • facilitate regular team meetings to foster communication and alignment on operational priorities
  • manage resource allocation and staffing to meet business needs and growth projections
  • conduct routine staff observations and performance audits
  • provide real-time feedback and coaching to support colleague growth
  • ensure financial targets are met including cash management and financial reporting
  • be accountable for the needs of the center's physicians, clinicians, and care teams to deliver high-quality member care
