Job Requirements
- Obtain and maintain current food handler's card
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high volume, deadline-oriented environments
- Ability to work for long periods on feet including frequent walking and stair climbing
- Ability to perform repetitive movements such as pushing, pulling, bending and twisting
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely
- Ability to communicate clearly and cooperate with coworkers and customers
- Ability to work around heat sources, sharp objects and cleaning chemicals
- Ability to complete side work as directed by management
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Expedite food from kitchen to guests' tables in a timely manner
- Bus tables including clearing and resetting
- Clear unnecessary dishes from tables
- Assist customers with additional requests
- Provide bar with ice and clean glassware
- Set up and clean restaurant and outdoor areas
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Back up wait staff as needed
- Sort garbage and recycling
- Maintain positive customer relations and ensure a pleasant experience
