CDS Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration

The full-time Event Manager role at CDS is a pivotal position responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and oversight of in-store Product Demonstrators. This role involves extensive collaboration with warehouse managers, vendors, and the demonstration team to maintain high standards of product display and customer engagement. The Event Manager will be expected to train and develop part-time Product Demonstrators, equipping them with the skills needed for effective demonstration techniques and superior customer interactions. Additionally, the role requires active participation in new store openings and grand events to expand CDS’s reach and service excellence.

The schedule for this role is set Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential variation based on business needs.
