In addition to managing the team of demonstrators, the Event Manager coordinates with warehouse managers and vendors to ensure smooth execution of product demos and participates actively in new location grand openings, representing CDS and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. \n\nThis role requires excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. CDS offers a structured work schedule, typically Tuesday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some variation based on operational needs. Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
- Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead well performing teams
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Able to coach and counsel employees, take correct measures as needed
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties
- Recruit, train and hire part-time staff
- Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation
- Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and excellent customer services

- Participate in new location grand openings as required
