The Event Manager role at CDS is a full-time position dedicated to the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store product demonstrators. This role holds significant responsibility in managing product preparation and presentation to meet strict food safety and sanitation standards. The Event Manager will lead the training of demonstration staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service and uphold the high standards set by both CDS and Costco. Serving as a critical communication link, the Event Manager will coordinate efforts between warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, playing an instrumental role in the success of each event. Additionally, the Event Manager will participate in grand openings of new store locations, further supporting brand visibility and customer engagement. The position offers a set work schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with potential schedule adjustments based on operational needs.
