CDS Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Event Manager specializing in Product Demonstrations to join our dedicated team. This role is integral to the day-to-day success of our marketing events and requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills. The Event Manager will be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators, ensuring that every product demonstration maximizes customer engagement and drives sales. This position involves overseeing all aspects of product preparation and presentation, including adherence to food safety and sanitation protocols, conducting training sessions to guarantee that Product Demonstrators deliver excellent customer service, and managing communication across multiple stakeholders including warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Event Manager will also participate in major events such as new location grand openings, playing a critical role in introducing new stores to the local market and helping to establish a seamless customer experience. The role follows a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility according to business needs.
