CDS Full Time Event Manager - Product Demonstration

The Event Manager position at CDS is a full-time role integral to the recruitment, training, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators who are the front-line ambassadors representing various products to Costco members. The successful candidate will have a hands-on role in managing product preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with safety standards and customer engagement excellence. This includes direct oversight of staffing needs, supporting product demonstrators in their roles, and collaborating closely with warehouse personnel and vendors to coordinate schedules and logistics. The role requires participation in special events such as new Costco location grand openings, which are critical high-visibility occasions demanding detailed planning and flawless execution.

The position offers a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, typically 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, although flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
