CDS is renowned for delivering superior person-to-person marketing solutions that effectively drive sales for both their customers and Costco, leveraging a combination of innovative approaches, dedicated teams, and deep industry insights. CDS is committed to fostering a working environment that promotes work-life balance, professional growth, and employee well-being. With a growing footprint and strong market presence, CDS continuously seeks dynamic professionals who are passionate about customer service and event management to join their team.
As an Event Manager at CDS, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. This role demands a high level of organizational and leadership acumen as you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of product demonstrations, from preparation and presentation to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation are met. Your expertise in training and guiding Product Demonstrators will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences that align with CDS's reputation for excellence.
The position requires effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, including warehouse managers, vendors, and demonstrators, to ensure smooth operations and successful event execution. You will also be actively involved in grand opening events at new Costco locations, helping to establish the brand presence and ensure seamless demonstrations.
This full-time position operates on a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional variations based on business needs. CDS offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, along with short and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, and generous paid time off, underscoring their commitment to employee welfare.
Joining CDS means becoming part of a company that values leadership, innovation, and customer satisfaction, while providing a supportive and inclusive workplace environment. If you have a proven track record in retail, hospitality, or food environments, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and thrive in fast-paced settings, this role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career as an Event Manager with a highly respected firm.
