Job Description
Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is a recognized leader in the event marketing industry, renowned for providing exceptional in-store product demonstration services. As the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco, CDS focuses on delivering person-to-person marketing experiences that effectively drive sales and promote customer engagement. With a strong reputation for excellence, CDS supports a wide range of product demonstrations across numerous store locations, providing both clients and consumers with outstanding service and memorable interactions. CDS prides itself on its commitment to quality, attentiveness to detail, and dedication to creating dynamic events that highlight the unique qualities of the products it represents.
This full-time Event Manager role at CDS is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a thriving company that values professionalism, effective communication, and leadership. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators, ensuring that each demonstration is executed flawlessly. The position requires coordination between various stakeholders, including warehouse managers, vendors, and the Product Demonstrators themselves. You will play a pivotal role in product preparation and presentation, training demonstrators on demonstration techniques, customer service, and food safety protocols. The role also involves active participation in grand openings of new store locations, contributing your expertise to ensure the success of these special events.
CDS offers a structured work schedule, typically from Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with some flexibility based on business requirements. The company emphasizes work-life balance and provides comprehensive benefits to its full-time employees. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid time off. With a focus on employee well-being and professional growth, CDS supports its team members through both competitive compensation and continuous training opportunities.
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in retail, hospitality, or food service environments who possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for providing superior customer service are essential traits for success in this position. Join CDS and help shape the future of in-store product demonstrations while enjoying a rewarding career in a supportive and dynamic workplace environment.
