Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality or food environments
- Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead well performing teams
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Able to coach and counsel employees
- Flexibility to work in fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years experience in client-side, branded consumer-packaged goods or supplier-side and client-side roles
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
- Track record of building and maintaining customer and client relationships
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- NEHA professional food handler certification
Job Duties
- Recruit, hire and train part-time staff
- Oversee product preparation and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation
- Train product demonstrators on demonstration techniques and customer service excellence
- Communicate effectively with warehouse managers, vendors and in-store demonstrators
- Participate in grand openings of new store locations
- Direct all activities to ensure successful events, promotion and sales
- Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and implement improvements
