On certain assignments, the Utility Technician will also lead fence installation projects, operate specialized fence installation equipment, and manage project logistics and team coordination effectively.

USS offers a competitive hourly wage range between $22.80 and $31.92 based on location, skills, and experience, complemented by a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in four equal installments over 12 months for eligible candidates. Benefits for full-time employees include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term disability coverage, life insurance options, commuter and healthcare flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan with employer match, among others.
