Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- CDL with passenger endorsement
- minimum 2 years experience driving shuttle passengers
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver license
- pass DMV motor vehicle report and criminal background check
- pass DOT medical exam for CMV certification
- professional appearance with no facial piercings or visible tattoos
- must follow grooming policies
- enthusiasm for customer service
- flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends
- proficiency in English communication
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years experience shuttling passengers
- valid commercial driver’s license with passenger endorsement
- valid driver license
- ability to communicate fluently in English
- professional appearance and grooming
- enthusiasm for customer service
- ability to work flexible hours
- ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Speak professionally and graciously, smile and maintain eye contact
- provide daily transportation for passengers to and from destinations, including special charters and events
- perform pre- and post-inspection activities to ensure operational and safety standards compliance
- conduct routine cleaning and bus maintenance
- maintain neat and orderly appearance of the shuttle
- perform refueling duties and maintain fuel usage logs
- establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, and managers
- act as an ambassador of the company at all times
- keep the shuttle bus secure and follow all safety procedures
