The Shuttle Driver position at ABM presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience or education. The position also demands excellent customer service skills as Shuttle Drivers frequently interact with passengers, providing directions, assistance with luggage, and accommodating passengers with special needs through the safe operation of specialized equipment such as wheelchair lifts and tie-downs. This role demands responsibility in adhering to operational and safety policies, promptly reporting incidents, enforcing evacuation plans, and maintaining accurate fuel and maintenance logs. ABM values diversity and encourages veterans and individuals with military backgrounds to apply, recognizing the skills and dedication they bring to the team.
