This position is an hourly wage role paying around $23.00 per hour, with the exact rate dependent on experience, skills, geographic location, and market alignment. As a Shuttle Driver at ABM, you will play an essential role in delivering dependable and professional transportation services. Responsibilities include loading and unloading passengers, assisting individuals with special needs using specialized equipment like wheelchair lifts, and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for all riders. Daily duties extend to inspecting and maintaining the shuttle vehicle, adhering to safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. Drivers must conduct pre-inspections and post-inspections, clean and disinfect the shuttle regularly, and manage fuel logs and shuttle maintenance.

Drivers often assist passengers by loading luggage, guiding guests with directions, and responding to inquiries courteously. Additional responsibilities include coordinating evacuation plans if necessary and promptly reporting any incidents to management to maintain a safe environment.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and may require a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with the appropriate class and endorsements depending on the contract. While one year of shuttle driving experience is preferred, it is not mandatory for entry into this position.
