This part-time CDL Shuttle Driver role at The Parking Spot is essential in delivering an excellent guest transportation service. Shuttle drivers safely and courteously transport customers between the parking facility and the airport terminals, often handling passenger luggage and providing a warm, friendly environment. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour along with regular bonus opportunities, consistent schedules, and the chance to participate in the company’s shared employee ownership program. As a CDL Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for operating commercial shuttle vehicles that accommodate 15 to 18 passengers, ensuring adherence to all safe driving practices and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining a clean and functional vehicle, and demonstrating strong knowledge of both the parking facility and airport terminals. Candidates should be at least 21 years old, hold a valid CDL and endorsements as required, and maintain a clean driving record in line with company policies. The ability to read, speak, and understand English is necessary to communicate effectively with customers and comply with DOT regulations. Candidates must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely, with accommodations if necessary, and pass any required physical examinations related to federal or state regulations.
