The role of a CDL Shuttle Driver at The Parking Spot is vital to the company's operations, ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers between parking facilities and airport terminals. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $22 per hour, complemented by regular bonus opportunities, consistent schedules, and comprehensive benefits for those eligible, including medical, vision, dental, and 401(k) plans. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting up to 15-18 passengers safely while adhering to all safe driving practices. Duties include performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, greeting customers warmly, assisting with luggage, and providing excellent customer service. The CDL Shuttle Driver must demonstrate good knowledge of the facility and airport terminals and work cooperatively with team members to provide the best possible service. Furthermore, cross-training for other frontline roles may occur, and adherence to all applicable regulations governing commercial vehicle operation is mandatory. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- high school education or equivalent
- currently holds a CDL and any applicable licenses, endorsements, and badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
- must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodation
- can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand traffic signs
- ability to maintain a satisfactory driving record
- previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred

- currently holds a CDL, and any applicable licenses, endorsements, and badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle
- must be willing to pass a physical as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/or state regulations
- can read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals in the English language, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records in compliance with the DOT regulations that require these skills
- ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage with or without an accommodation
Job Duties
- Safely transport up to 15-18 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
- provide pleasant customer service
- demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service
- may cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management
- comply with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management
