Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have a valid CDL - Class A or Class B
  • one year of prior work experience as a CDL Driver is required
  • no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • military experience is a plus

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • must have a valid CDL - Class A or Class B
  • one year of prior work experience as a CDL Driver is required
  • one year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver is preferred
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with disabilities
  • ability to work in a secure, high-traffic environment
  • good communication and coordination skills

Job Duties

  • Transport passengers to designated pick-up and drop-off locations
  • ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers including handling specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
  • inspect shuttle for preexisting damage and record information
  • provide excellent customer service to guests
  • maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan and coordinate evacuation activities as needed
  • immediately report any incidents or claims to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
  • refuel vehicle
  • maintain a clean work environment and disinfect shuttle after each use
  • perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions and compliance with safety standards
