The company is currently hiring for a Delivery Driver position based in North Austin, Texas. This role offers a yearly compensation of $69,584 plus additional earnings through customer tips. The schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with possible Saturdays depending on business needs, and work starts early in the morning between 6 am and 7 am, continuing until the workload is complete.

The Delivery Driver plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by safely delivering water products and dispensers to various locations, maintaining accurate delivery records, and providing professional customer interactions. The role requires a safety-conscious individual who strictly follows Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Primo Brands' safety policies, including prohibitions on electronic device use while driving and thorough documentation of daily activities.

This position demands a service-oriented personality who can maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers, meet specific delivery timeframes, and uphold product quality standards, including water dispenser cleaning when necessary. The Delivery Driver is also expected to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute solutions to the leadership team. Additionally, there are opportunities for upselling products and services to existing customers, supporting monthly customer acquisition goals.

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and be able to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (Class B with airbrake endorsement, where applicable). Primo Brands supports CDL training for qualified applicants. The role requires physical stamina to lift and carry over 250 units daily, each weighing up to 45 pounds, and to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently. Applicants must also meet strict DOT medical and driving record standards and be at least 21 years old.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
