The CDL Production Shuttle Driver role is integral to the Rental Division of Cintas. This full-time, regular position on the 1st shift involves operating a commercial vehicle daily to transport clean items from processing plants to branch locations and return soiled products from branches to processing plants. The driver assists with loading and unloading these items, often collaborating with other team members to ensure efficiency and safety. This position demands adherence to strict schedules and safety standards, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area. Physical activity, including lifting and maneuvering materials, is a regular aspect of the job, along with handling soiled items that may have strong odors, necessitating the use of appropriate protective equipment.

Candidates for this role must hold a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), possess a valid Department of Transportation (DOT) physical certificate, and meet age and work eligibility requirements. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, honesty, a safety-oriented mindset, independence, sound judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills. Cintas evaluates applicants through a thorough selection process comprising application and resume reviews, interviews, and a job tryout, with compensation provided during the tryout. Successful candidates will undergo background checks, drug screenings, and DOT medical certification before final employment.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to join a respected company with a longstanding reputation for quality and service excellence, competitive pay, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, company-paid disability and life insurance, paid time off and holidays, 401(k) plans with company match, profit sharing, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). If you are motivated, dependable, and committed to safety and quality, this position allows you to contribute directly to the smooth operations of Cintas’ Rental Division while advancing your professional career in an established and growing company.
