The employment opportunity comes with competitive compensation, including a pay range of $27.75 to $33.00 per hour based on experience, CDL classification, and endorsements. Additionally, full-time employees receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, while part-time employees receive a $2,500 bonus. Premium pay is offered for those driving school bus and motorcoach routes, and a robust benefits package supports the well-being and growth of the team members. This position demands a willingness to work split shifts Monday through Friday, typically beginning early in the morning and concluding early evening with a midday break, accommodating the operational needs of clients.
