The current position is for CDL A and B drivers to operate mixer trucks tasked with delivering ready-mix concrete across Charleston and the Triangle area. This role invites both experienced mixer drivers and those newly licensed to embark on a career path that offers growth, training, and stability. Drivers are trusted to perform essential tasks including vehicle maintenance, pre-trip inspections, ensuring load quality, and safely operating mixer trucks. They work closely with dispatch, contractors, and customers onsite to meet delivery schedules and adhere to Department of Transportation regulations and company safety standards.

Compensation for this role starts at $26.91 per hour, with increases available for those with over one year of mixer experience. In addition to competitive hourly wages, employees receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in increments at 90 and 180 days, guaranteed 40-hour workweeks, double time pay on weekends, premium pay for off-hour shifts, quarterly bonuses, and profit sharing.
