FreshPoint is currently hiring local CDL A and CDL B drivers in Hartford, CT, offering an excellent opportunity for skilled drivers seeking consistent home time and competitive pay. Employment is full-time, with pay ranging up to $78,000 annually for CDL A drivers and up to $72,000 for CDL B drivers, with opportunities for bonuses and additional incentives based on performance and experience.
The position is ideal for candidates who have at least one year of route delivery experience or background driving a straight truck, and who are comfortable navigating urban environments such as New York City. Drivers will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of fresh produce to clients, ensuring that customer expectations for quality and service are exceeded. Job Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license - Class A or Class B
- High school or GED or equivalent
- One year route delivery experience or applicable background driving a straight truck
- Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of route delivery experience
- Must be comfortable driving into New York City
- Must be able to read and understand English
