The organization is currently seeking a highly skilled Class A CDL Driver who is not only an excellent driver but also delivers exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in the overall mission to end hunger across New Mexico by ensuring the timely delivery and pickup of food products to and from partner agencies, schools, and other local entities that support hungry populations. The role involves operating heavy vehicles and equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks, maintaining compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and managing DOT paperwork using electronic logging devices (ELD). Safety is a top priority, and the driver will observe and report any unsafe conditions while ensuring all deliveries comply with food safety guidelines.
