Job Description

Liberty Energy is a prominent company specializing in the transportation and logistics of heavy equipment vital to the energy industry. With a focus on safety, precision, and team collaboration, Liberty Energy ensures reliable and efficient movement of equipment such as Frac Trailers, Frac Equipment, and Forklift Trailers across the United States and Canada. As part of their commitment to employee well-being and operational excellence, they provide comprehensive benefits and promote a safety-conscious work environment.

The role available at Liberty Energy is that of a CDL driver responsible for driving and moving various heavy equipment critical to the company’s operations. This position requires an individual who can perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain accurate Department of Transportation (DOT) paperwork, and obtain the necessary permits when transporting equipment across state and national borders. The driver must handle loading, unloading, and hauling tasks involving different types of equipment, demonstrating versatility and technical skills. Basic maintenance of the tractors and trailers is also a key aspect of the role, ensuring the vehicles remain clean and in safe operating condition at all times. Working closely with the Logistics Supervisor and functioning effectively within a team setting forms a core part of this job.

Employing a CDL Class A driver status, the ideal candidate must be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in various weather conditions, both day and night. Physical stamina is essential as the role involves lifting over 75 pounds and performing labor-intensive tasks beyond driving, including operating diverse forklifts to assist in loading and unloading. Strict adherence to DOT Hours of Service regulations is mandatory, as is the ability to communicate clearly and respond quickly to logistical challenges. A positive attitude, accountability, ethical practice, and a focus on customer and client needs complement the technical requirements, ensuring the employee contributes positively to Liberty Energy's operational success.

In terms of working conditions, the driver will operate in both indoor and outdoor environments, regularly exposed to varying temperatures, dust, oil, fumes, and noise, necessitating comfortable adjustment to physically demanding situations involving bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and climbing. The role offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour with compensation reflecting experience, qualifications, and skill level. Liberty Energy supports its workforce with an attractive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, 401(k) retirement plans with company match, parental leave, flexible paid time off, and other undisclosed benefits, emphasizing their investment in employee health and job satisfaction.

This position is offered strictly on an in-person work location basis, underlining the importance of hands-on operation and direct collaboration with logistics teams. Liberty Energy fosters an environment where safety, teamwork, and operational excellence remain paramount, making this an ideal opportunity for qualified CDL Class A drivers seeking a dynamic and rewarding employment with a reputable company in the energy sector.
