The company’s mission centers around investing in its people, fostering a supportive work environment, and providing ample opportunities for career growth and advancement. Employees at GFL, known as 'Team Green,' are united by a shared purpose: delivering sustainable solutions to enable customers and communities to be 'Green for Life.' This culture of teamwork and dedication propels GFL to be a leader in the waste management industry.

Drivers may be called upon to assist helpers with loading waste and ensuring clean and safe work sites by managing loose trash and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

In addition to vehicle operation, drivers must perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicles are in optimal condition and compliant with DOT regulations. Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting courteously with customers and responding appropriately to inquiries or concerns during routes.
