You will be expected to follow established routes and schedules with precision, demonstrating a safety-first approach to operations. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Hold a valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsements
- Have at least 3 years of driving experience personal or professional
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be available to work flexible shifts including day evening weekend and overnight
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical examination compliance
- Must be able to sit for long periods and work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to use two-way radio and PA system effectively
- Must have good vision and hearing including depth perception color perception and manual dexterity
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility devices including lifting and securing wheelchairs
- Able to work in varying environmental conditions including hot cold and wet
- Willingness to comply with safety and company policies at all times
Job Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience personal or professional

Job Duties
- Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations
- Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers ensuring smooth boarding comfortable rides and timely disembarkation
- Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections promptly reporting any maintenance issues and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment readiness
- Uphold company policies and procedures including seat belt enforcement emergency response preparedness and compliance with regulatory mandates
- Operate two-way radio and PA system for communication with passengers dispatchers and road supervisors
- Assist passengers boarding and securing wheelchairs or scooters and manage vehicle accessibility equipment
- Perform other duties as required
